Welcome to BadVenture (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the BadVenture mobile application or visiting badventures.net, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The game
BadVenture is a family-friendly 3D adventure game. You explore open worlds, complete missions, interact with characters and animals, and may create or share custom scenarios using in-app tools including AI-assisted scenario generation.
2. Accounts & community content
The app may create an anonymous account to save progress, publish missions, rate scenarios, and follow other players. You are responsible for any nickname or mission content you publish. Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing. We may remove community missions that violate these rules.
3. Sharing links
Mission and player profile links (for example badventures.net/scenario/BAD-XXXXXXX) are intended for sharing with friends. Anyone with a link can view basic mission information on the website and open the mission in the app if installed.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, reverse-engineer, or disrupt game servers.
- Do not scrape or overload our APIs or website.
- Do not use the app if you are under the minimum age required in your country without parental consent.
5. Intellectual property
BadVenture, its art, code, audio, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Community scenario JSON you publish remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it through the game and website so other players can play and share it.
6. Ads & in-app purchases
The app may show advertisements (for example Google AdMob). Any future paid features will be described in the store listing. Refunds follow Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
7. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
